Your Meditation Teacher Diana, understands that it is very easy to forget personal enrichment and time out for rejuvenation, and now dedicates her service to helping people in the rat-race. Meditation is a simple relaxation technique that promotes an overall sense of wellness in mind and body.
The five-week
'Meditation For The Busy Person' course held North of the River focuses on stress reduction in a comfortable and cosy environment. The talks and Guided Meditations will provide you with the foundation for developing a regular meditation practice. The
busy person only needs to find 10 minutes per day to maintain focus and
regularity in between the dedicated weekly sessions. Ironically, by finding the time to meditate, you allow your mind to be calm enabling clearer thinking, which in turns aids productivity. The Busy Person often finds it difficult to shut the mind off at bed time and subsequently experiences sub standard quality of sleep. The classes will allow you to unwind your mind and return home relaxed and refreshed.
